Our body gets a hard impact and most important there is only partial nerve activation in the back and front of our feet, resulting in overstraining and stress.

Doctors and physiotherapists have confirmed that there has been a rapid rise in foot problems, posture deformities and muscle weakening in children. One of the main reasons for this is the nature of the ground. In the last 100 years much of the natural ground has become almost completely evened out. In former times our feet were optimally activated and trained on the natural, uneven surface of the ground. Today with normal shoes they are only slightly stimulated on flat, hard ground.
The consequences of this even affect our brain where decreased nerve stimulation leads to reduced attentiveness, concentration and creativity.
