VALID FOR ALL COUNTRIES, except Germany, Austria, Switzerland for which german terms and conditions apply.

Delivery
Orders, shipments and sales are made exclusively to private consumers. The submission of articles is only in household volumes. We deliver via parcel- and courier services from our warehouse in Montebelluna, Italy, and only while supplies last.

Validity of prices
The prices listed on www.swissies.eu include the VAT (if sold within the EU) and the current currency is EURO, other currencies will be converted automatically based on current rates. Outside the EU the shopping basket will show the net prices without VAT.
In any case swissies can refuse to fullfill an order, in which case the full amount paid will be reembursed.

Shipping cost
The shipping costs per order depend on the destination country and are reported in the shopping basket. No shipments to Switzerland or to countries outside EU.

Payment and credit check
Payment can be made using a Paypal account or a supported credit card in advance, when doing the checkout. The shipment of cash or checks, unfortunately can NOT be accepted. In case of loss, we exclude any liability unless gross negligence or intent on our part. In the limits of the law and taking into account your respective legitimate interests we may conduct a credit check using publically available credit check institutes.

Retention of title
Until full payment the goods remain the property of swissies.

Revocation
You can cancel your contract within 14 days without giving reasons in writing (eg letter, fax, e-mail) or by returning the goods. The time limit begins after receipt of this notification in writing, but not before receipt of the goods by the consignee (in case of recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery). In order to comply with the revocation period it is sufficient to send the revocation or the goods within the 14 days. The revocation or goods must be sent on the customers cost and risk to:

Consequences of Revocation
In the case of an effective cancellation the mutually received benefits have to be given back in full.
If you can give us the goods received whole or in part, or only in deteriorated condition, you must pay us compensation for the value. The goods have to be returned at your (the customers/buyers) expense and risk. You can apply however for a refund of the actual shipping costs through the revocation letter.
Obligations to reimburse payments must be made within 30 days. The period begins with the sending of your cancellation or the goods, and for us with their reception.

Warranty
For material and legal defects of the delivered items, we are liable under the applicable legal provisions. For all occurring during the statutory warranty defects, you can claim your choice of the legal demands for repair or replacement. Your warranty claims leave your legal rights unaffected.

Liability
Subject to the provisions of Item 7 and the provisions of the consumer product liability law, we are not liable for damages. Except for claims for damages caused by an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us
